C) IDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE THE “SUPPLIER” FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES OR CLAIMS MADE AS A RESULT OF PURCHASING INDUSTRIAL HEMP DERIVED PRODUCTS.
