Lab Results & Certificates of Analysis

Every Batch. Independently Tested. Receipts on the Wall.

At Stoney Baloney Hemp Co, every product we sell is tested by an accredited third-party lab before it ever reaches your hands. The results — called a Certificate of Analysis, or COA — are published here for full transparency.

If we can't show you exactly what's in our flower, we have no business asking you to smoke it.

What Is a COA?

A Certificate of Analysis is the official lab report on a specific batch of cannabis flower. It tells you:

  • The cannabinoid profile — exact percentages of THCa, delta-9 THC, CBD, CBG, and other compounds
  • Total THC — the real potency number after THCa converts to delta-9 via heat
  • Terpene profile — the aromatic compounds responsible for flavor and effects
  • Pesticide screening — pass/fail on dozens of common agricultural chemicals
  • Heavy metals screening — pass/fail on lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury
  • Microbial contamination — pass/fail on mold, yeast, and harmful bacteria
  • Compliance verification — confirmation that delta-9 THC is below the 0.3% federal threshold

If a hemp brand can't show you a current COA for the batch you're buying — walk away.

How to Read a COA

If you've never looked at one before, here's a quick map of what to check:

  1. Find the batch number on your product packaging. Match it to the COA on this page.
  2. Confirm the test date. Should be within the last 6-12 months.
  3. Check the delta-9 THC percentage. Must be under 0.3% by dry weight — this is the federal legal threshold.
  4. Look at Total THC. This is your real potency number. 20%+ is solid; 25%+ is premium.
  5. Verify all safety screens passed. Pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials should all show PASS.
  6. Note the lab name. Reputable labs are ISO 17025-accredited and have a public website.

Our Testing Standards

Every batch of Stoney Baloney flower is:

  • Tested by an independent, ISO-accredited cannabis laboratory
  • Screened for cannabinoid potency, terpenes, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials
  • Verified to contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight (federal hemp compliance)
  • Documented with a publicly available COA that anyone can verify

We don't cut corners on testing because the cost of getting it wrong — to our customers, to our brand, to the industry — is too high.
