Stoney Baloney was founded by Patrick — smoker, longtime hemp enthusiast, and CEO. He'd spent years frustrated by the same problem most smokers know: quality flower was either overpriced or hard to find. So in 2025, he decided to do something about it.

Patrick brought in his best friend from high school, Brendan, to run sales and operations. The two had been talking about this idea for years. Brendan's the one your account managers report to and the reason new wholesale relationships start strong. As the company grew, they added Zach as warehouse manager. Zach and his team package, label, and ship every order that goes out — sourcing the actual flower from a small farm in Oregon they trust.

Most of our growth has come from wholesale — shop owners who tried our flower once and kept coming back. We're proud of that. It means the product speaks for itself.
