SECTION 2 – HEMP PRODUCT LEGALITY & COMPLIANCE

All products sold by Stoney Baloney Hemp Co. are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill.
We do not guarantee the legality of hemp-derived THCa or related products in your specific location. You are solely responsible for knowing and following your local laws before placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order shipping to a location where hemp-derived products are prohibited.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to states, territories, or jurisdictions where hemp-derived THCa products are restricted or prohibited by law. Our Shipping Policy lists current restricted locations and shipping terms:

If an order is placed for shipment to a restricted location, it will be canceled and refunded.
